Are you ready to explore without breaking the bank? Our goal is to save you money, but that requires a mutual understanding of our role as an advisor, not a primary carrier or lodging provider.
Third-Party Bookings
Icepath Journeys often facilitates bookings through third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. It's critical to note that we don't own or operate these entities.
Because we act as an intermediary, you'll be subject to the terms and conditions of those specific providers. If an airline cancels your flight, we'll help you navigate the chaos, but the airline's own policies will dictate your refund eligibility. We aren't liable for their service failures.
Payment and Cancellation
Budget travel requires agility. We require payment for our planning services upfront so our experts can start scouting the best deals for you.
- Planning Fees: Non-refundable once research begins (usually within 24 hours of purchase).
- Refund Process: If a refund is due from a vendor, Icepath Journeys will process it according to the vendor's timeline, which can take up to 30 days.
- Cancellation: You've got the right to change your mind, but please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure.
We've found that travel insurance is the best way to protect your investment. Seriously, get the insurance.
